Product Policy



Timeframe

Our product policy allows a 7 day trial period. Unfortunately, after 7 days of product arrival, no exchanges will be accepted. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of arrival with any concerns. We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges.



Eligibility

We only offer exchanges at this time. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for exchange. This will be determined by a close inspection of the damaged goods. Products that fail our inspection process will not be returned to the customer.



Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item and the status of your exchange.



Shipping

To return your product, please ship to: P.O Box 298, Los Alamitos, CA, 90720, United States. You are responsible to pay shipping costs for the return of your item. If we approve the exchange, the cost of shipping will be refunded to your original payment method, or in store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Product Arrival

We are not responsible for any missing/delayed packages. All orders are shipped within the USPS guidelines. If a package is missing/delayed, be sure to contact USPS customer service with your tracking number at 1 (800) 275 8777.


Cancellations

Unshipped orders may be cancelled within one day of payment. If production of your product has started, or your item has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
